Originally from Northern Ontario, Joel has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 10 years owning & operating a successful bar & restaurant in Banff. With his attention to detail and creativity, Joel will be working closely with our clients and vendors to ensure successful and memorable events.

Born and raised in Fort McMurray, Owen has been involved in the local food & beverage scene for 20 years. Perfecting his skills in Calgary. With his experience in large and small events, he is excited to lead Paradigm’s Catering division with a focused, fresh & inclusive team.

Erica has worked in event planning and management for the last 12 years, working on some of the largest events held in Fort McMurray during that time. Including concerts, festivals, community & corporate events, International, National and Provincial sporting events,  private parties and weddings.
